About me

I’m a practical, commercially focused human resources professional with over 30 years’ experience in leadership, people & culture and finance roles, both in New Zealand and across the world. I am now adding value to many organisations through my own consulting business.

I love helping organisations build strong cultures that provide great places to work and have a real impact on performance, and I’m passionate about supporting people to grow and develop.

A chartered accountant by trade, I spent the first part of my career in governance and commercial finance roles before following my heart into people & culture where I held executive HR positions at beverage company, Lion, and media flagship, Stuff.

I’m passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, hold a Workplace Inclusion Professional Accreditation, and have won several awards for my work in this space. I support a wide range of New Zealand businesses, government and for-purpose organisations with their DEI journeys, from individual conversations and training programmes through to ongoing consulting services.

I am an experienced executive coach and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, and leverage my unique skillset in coaching senior leaders across NZ. I’m also experienced at designing and delivering leadership development programmes and am an engaging facilitator and speaker.

At home, I’m a musician and proud Mum to two teenage boys.
