I am an internationally accredited coach with 15 years’ experience helping leaders reach their potential and deliver great outcomes. My support can help individuals and groups throughout their leadership journey, to manoeuvre through changes, challenges and opportunities, and develop their strengths to achieve at work and in their broader lives.

Mentoring

I mentor a range of people working in diversity, equity and inclusion including HR practitioners, employee network members, DEI champions and line managers, sharing my experience and knowledge of best practice. I also facilitate group mentoring programmes which enable people to learn from each other in open and supportive environments.

Speaking

As a thought-leader in diversity, equity and inclusion, I have spoken at many conferences, executive team sessions, panels, team workshops, ‘lunch and learn’ sessions and more. I love inspiring audiences through stories and practical tips that can be implemented easily into any organisation to drive considerable and long-lasting change.
Working with Robin to create our first Diversity and Inclusion Framework was a fantastic experience. She helped us design engagement workshops to develop our Framework that would be informative and enjoyable for the vast range of personnel attending. We asked our groups to express vulnerability and honesty and Robin created an environment where people felt safe to do so.
