Mentoring

I mentor a range of people working in diversity, equity and inclusion including HR leaders, DEI practitioners and champions, employee network members and line managers, sharing my experience and knowledge of best practice to help them make a difference.
I also facilitate group mentoring programmes which enable people to learn from each other in an open and supportive environment.
Leveraging my corporate experience, I am also available to mentor women in leadership roles (including on executive teams), people in senior HR business partnering roles, and people who have transitioned from finance into people and culture.
