I am an internationally accredited coach with 15 years’ experience helping leaders reach their potential and deliver great outcomes.  My support can help individuals and groups throughout their leadership journey, to manoeuvre through changes, challenges and opportunities, and develop their strengths to achieve at work and in their broader lives.

I mentor a range of people working in diversity, equity and inclusion including HR practitioners, employee network members, DEI champions and line managers, sharing my experience and knowledge of best practice.  I also facilitate group mentoring programmes which enable people to learn from each other in open and supportive environments.

My wide range of signature programmes will help you educate your people in person, online or via ‘train the trainer’.  From inclusive leadership and talent processes, to fostering high performing teams, to supporting carers at work and more, my programmes can be tailored to your needs, are highly practical, and reflect the current challenges organisations are facing.

As a thought-leader in diversity, equity and inclusion, I have spoken at many conferences, executive team sessions, panels, team workshops, ‘lunch and learn’ sessions and more.  I love inspiring audiences through stories and practical tips that can be implemented easily into any organisation to drive considerable and long-lasting change.
